There Breathe
Are there supposed to be bubbles in the fish tank so that the fish can breathe easier?
I just went to Wal-mart today and bought an aquarium, which is made by All-Glass Aquarium. My boyfriend said that there should be more bubbles. Does there have to be a lot of bubbles or is the fish okay? The water is streaming through the filter with no problem, it’s just that my boyfriend is concerned that there isn’t enough oxygen for the fish. Please help us out.
The water ciculation that the filter creates will provide enough oxygen for any sensible number of fish.
You can add an extra airstone if the tank is overstocked or you just like the look of bubbles, they will do some good, but it’s not normally needed.
