Help with Halloween costume! Gothic clothing?

So, for Halloween I want to go as vampire Willow from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I have all the cosmetic stuff down– the colored contacts, prosthetics for the brow, makeup, fangs. But for the costume, I’m at a loss. She wears a sort of leather bustier thing, but with sleeves, and another top underneath. Is there any way I can find something that looks kind of like this? I think it’s too close to Halloween to try commissioning it.
