Help, in a slow spa, I need marketing ideas to build my clientele?
It is a fabulous place & really pretty but no one even knows we are there. The store is not going to do any marketing for us so it is up to me (the only aesthetician) & the stylists in the salon to bring in their clientele.
I need ideas that don’t cost much to help us bring people in to our spa. We are in the Fort Worth area so there lots of potential people to come in, we just need to be able to reach them. It is also an Aveda concepts but our manager has told us that he will support us any way to help us build business. This is great so there are no contraints, just budget wise for all of us. Anybody have fabulous ideas are so appreciated!
One of the salons in our area does a girls’ night out. They invite teachers’ groups, military spouses’ groups, nurses’ groups, etc. on varying nights (like one group per quarter). They offer free spa services as a “thank you” for their hard work. The stylists each donate a door prize (free hair cut, free highlights, free manicure, etc.). Wine, coffee, and light refreshments are provided for the night, and the door prizes are given away that night.
I went to one of these and it was fabulous! It was a great way to market their salon, and I truly felt appreciated!
