I have a Navy satin dress with white polka dots and a medium size length of lace across the middle.
1. Would this dress look okay at a formal or is it too out of style?
2. What kind of earrings can I wear??
3. What color shoes should I wear?
4. Would a small white lace-ish shrug look okay to wear all night on top of the dress?

5. what kind of a hairstyle should I do? I have shoulder-length curly hair

2. i think either big studs or hoops would look nice… navy or white studs, probably.
3. flats or roman sandals– something casual to balance out the dress’ formalness.
4. if the lace on both the dress and shrug are the same color, go for it!
5. partially pulled back would be very cute, and also nice and relaxed. low stress is always the way to go.
