Girls…question about pantyhose….help?

I have this dress and I am fourteen btw. I also have shoes like it. My only problem: pantyhose and I’m thinking about wearing black. I have a couple of questions:

1) I normally wear these beautiful pink briefs w/ lacing from VS’s. The only problem is, if like, for example, the wind blows up the dress and exposes the panty portion, will the pink be able to be seen through the black? I’ve tried both nude and black panties with the hoseiry, and it doesn’t help.

2) Should it take like ten minutes to pull on the pantyhose? Cause I always find myself struggling and having to constantly do like a dance sort of in order to get them up!!!!

I’d like to wear this dress, but it’s cold and windy where I live so…yeah..

1) Find pantyhose with a dark opaque panty portion, and wear panties the same color underneath the pantyhose. If this doesn’t work, buy lycra bike shirts and wear them over the pantyhose.

2) Make sure your nails are free of any snags or rough hangnails, as this can put a run in your hose before you even get started.

Hold the pantyhose at the top, and insert both your thumbs inside one leg. Gather up the entire length of the leg like you would a slinky. Put it over your foot and pull on to about mid calf. This is where it gets awkward – repeat with the other leg and once you have the hose over both feet you can start to pull them up the rest of the way. Keep the hose as gathered in your hands as possible as this will ensure that they stretch nicely over your legs. Be careful – the hose should be taut but not too stretched. NEVER pull up from the waistband.
