Who was the first woman EVER to cover her breasts or wear a bra?
I am doing research for a new book I am writing, and I was wondering who was the first woman to ever cover her breasts, or wear a bra.
It is clear from early history via art paintings that many women in early life went topless
and this was the norm. How come now, it is so “civilized” for women to cover up their chests, when being topless was a norm years ago?
That is a question I hope to answer in my new book.
