20 Year Reunion in 1 month – outfit for “casual” wear?
OK my 20 year reunion is coming up in a few weeks. It is being held at a bar (yes of all places – lame!!) so the dress is “casual”. I am thinking of wearing denim capris and sandals but really don’t know what to do at this point. Shirt? No clue. Nothing low cut or too revealing!!!
I am 5′7″ and about a size 9/10. I am not bragging when I say this – but I am very curvy (busty and a nice booty) and most people think I am in my late 20’s which is always a nice compliment. The reason I put this is I am able to dress “younger” as opposed to what I call “old grandma clothes”. I am going to be a grandmother later this year, but I don’t want to dress this way!!!
I like to shop at places like Cache and Express. I don’t want to go super cheap…so I will not shop at Delia’s or places like that (no offense to anyone) I have just found that if I pay a little more up front I get a quality piece that doesn’t fall apart in the wash!

How about high wedge sandals, black capris, and a white tank with a nice fitted jacket in black and white or denim? Hoop earrings, gold necklace…
Cache also has some classy knit tops in colors and black that would work with denim.
If you do denim capris, how about some with some gold trim embellishment? I know you don’t shop there, but Coldwater Creek has some in dark denim with gold or white with silver on line. I am a curvy 8-10 and usually buy the 8. They are well fitted.
