How to reduce neck and back pain cause of bra strap?
I have 36dd boobs and cause of their weight, my bra just make me get pain. I have fitted my bra and i choosed with wide strap to reduce pressure. But it didnt work well. Is there kind of bra else that is recomended? Or any others instead bra? Or just braless?
I would get a different bra. You’re on the right track with the padded straps though. I also wear a DD and I wear bras with four or five hooks in the back. The wide band provides a lot of support. Four hooks bras may not look the prettiest but they sure do the trick.
